Powershell via SSMS

I have installed the lates version of PowerShell. Within PowerShell it is showing this latest version.
Now I want to have this version started within SSMS via right click on the server and then click ´Start Powershell`.
When I do this after loading the ´SQLserver´ module in PS it still give the error:

No SQL Server cmdlets found on this computer.
Get the 'SqlServer' module at powershellgallery.com
Start PowerShell without SQL Server cmdlets?

How can I get SSMS configured so that it start the newly installed PS version?

Can somebody please tell what is wrong?
